Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy A valid card is required to book all appointments. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service price. Emergencies are handled with care and discretion — please communicate as soon as possible.
